01What this site is

Pergoly Katalog is an independent informational directory of pergola manufacturers and installation companies in the Czech Republic, operated at pergoly-katalog.cz (the "directory").

The directory does not sell the products or services of the listed companies, does not broker contracts and is not a party to any relationship between a visitor and a listed company. Project enquiries are handled by the companies themselves.

02Data sources

Company profiles are compiled from publicly available sources, in particular:

• company websites, their price lists, catalogues and project galleries,
• the Czech commercial register and the ARES registry,
• other public sources, map data and publicly available reviews.

The profile rating is our editorial assessment based on a published methodology. It is not an official certification or a verification of the quality of a company's work.

03No guarantee of completeness or accuracy

We try to keep the information in the directory up to date, yet it may be incomplete or outdated. Listed prices are indicative and do not constitute an offer.

Before ordering, verify all details (prices, timelines, scope of services, certifications) directly with the company. The directory is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

04Rights of listed companies

A listed company may at any time:

• claim its profile free of charge and manage it,
• request a correction or completion of its data,
• request removal of its profile from the directory.

Requests are accepted by email at [email protected] and processed within 14 days.

05User obligations

When using the directory you agree to:

• provide truthful information in forms,
• not publish false, offensive or misleading content,
• not impersonate a representative of a company you have no right to represent,
• not extract data automatically (scraping) without our written consent,
• not disrupt the operation or the security of the site.

If these obligations are breached, we may restrict access to the directory or remove the content concerned.

06Liability

The operator of the directory is not responsible for the conduct of the listed companies, for the quality, price or timelines of their projects, or for the content of their websites.

The operator is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or reliance on, information from the directory, or for temporary unavailability of the site for technical reasons.

07Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. The new version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. By continuing to use the directory you agree to the current version of the terms.

08Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
