What data the Pergoly Katalog catalogue processes, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have under the GDPR.

01Data controller

The controller of personal data processed on this site is the operator of the Pergoly Katalog catalogue (pergoly-katalog.cz). For privacy matters, contact us by email at [email protected].

02What data we process

Contact form Name, email address, subject and message text. We use them solely to handle your enquiry.
Enquiry form on a company profile Name, contact details and the enquiry text. We pass these details to the company you are contacting so it can reply to you.
Profile claim form Name, company email and the details needed to verify that the profile is being claimed by an authorised representative of the company.
Technical and analytics data IP address in server logs and anonymised traffic analytics (pages visited, traffic source). Analytics cookies are used only with your consent.

03Legal basis for processing

We process personal data only under Article 6(1) of the GDPR:

6(1)(b) Handling your request: replying to a contact form message, passing an enquiry to a company, processing a profile claim.
6(1)(a) Consent: analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings.
6(1)(f) Legitimate interest: site security, protection against spam and form abuse, server logs.

04Retention periods

We keep data only for as long as necessary for the given purpose:

Contact form messages 1 year after resolution
Enquiries passed to companies 1 year after sending
Profile claim data For as long as the company manages the profile
Server logs (IP addresses) 90 days
Anonymised analytics 24 months

05Your rights under the GDPR

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: obtain a copy of the data we process about you (Art. 15).
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16).
  • Erasure: request deletion of your data (Art. 17).
  • Restriction: suspend processing while a dispute is resolved (Art. 18).
  • Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format (Art. 20).
  • Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).

06Cookies

On your first visit you can choose which cookies to allow. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time.

Essential PHP session, CSRF form protection, language choice and the stored cookie consent. The site cannot work without them, they cannot be disabled.
Analytics Anonymised traffic statistics used to improve the directory. Stored only with your consent.
Marketing Not used. The site sets no third-party advertising cookies and shares no data with advertising networks.
